It takes more skill, time and effort to drive stock IMO. Problem is that even with a good amount of skill there are still places where it is just to difficult for stock & it is not only easier but also more enjoyable if you have more clearance to get through those obstacles.
I think @fourfa...
Yeah, my internal battle is with taking them off while out of town...will I do it, will I remember to do it, will it become annoying, so I stop doing it.
I currently plan to only have one Rotopax for fuel and not need the extension bracket so that won't be a concern.
Maybe the locking mount...
I work for a defense industrial base firm (DIB) with DoD contracts, wanna talk layers of security - we got 'em. Many, many layers. And 100% agree that "insider" threat due to carelessness or getting fooled into something is the biggest issue. We require multiple "security" training sessions a...
I am (finally) getting a Rotopax fuel setup. I have heard some rumblings and reviews that the Locking Mount from Rotopax is not worthwhile. Issues with it failing or not working, etc. so I am trying to figure out if that is just nay-sayers or valid. I am thinking of using the DLX, reviews...

I like the concept, would like to have those few recovery items there as well as gain the FLAT tailgate...
Very nice...I will be interested in those for my EvoA. It has been a great addition to my Gladiator but I have wished for the ability to open from inside.
Simply open the hood. If something breaks and shoots back at the windshield it will hit the hood rather than the drivers face. No need for an expensive windshield blanket.
I believe some states require the Fenders or Mud Flaps to be the same width (or greater) than the tires on your vehicle. That typically stops some of the rocks/mud from flying off of your tires which is the justification for that rule/law. It was that way in Illinois years ago when I lived...
Our insurance went up also, I am going to shop around asap.
I just got our Registration renewal from the state - it went up over $100 from last year! That is supposed to go down as the vehicle ages, WTF! It went up for both my 21 Gladiator and my wife's 20 Grand Cherokee, crazy. Seems like...
Amazing! Congrats!
I must be overly tied to "the norm" because I haven't been able to figure out how to support myself for adventures like that. Retirement is coming up, and with that will bring the "time available" to go explore more, but I am certain not the funds to do it as much as I...
