I agree with the above posts. Tires will be the best help. After that you will figure out if more ground clearance is actually needed for your situations. I've taken a stock TJ with decent 31s to a lot of places with no issues. Mostly dumb luck and tires is what got me through everything.

Backflip X4s has been great for me so far. I had a Backflip hard trifold on my last truck and it was pretty awesome as well.

I'm looking at Molle Platform Solution panels. They are a little pricey, but I have used his stuff before on my JKUR and it was excellent quality. Plus I think it is a small, local business, so I want to keep supporting them.

Those are for storing the actual hardtop when sitting on the ground. They aren't used for the freedom panels.

The only negative I have ever had with a discount tire is when I had my JKUR. I had them put 33s on the stock rims and without asking they installed cheap spacers. Didn't find that out until I was doing a tire rotation at home 5k miles later. Wheel spacers weren't listed on the receipt or ever...
