So....... I have had similar issues. In 4 low if I hit a bump everything flashes lockers turn off and wants to act like in 2wd. Started with transfer case selector switch, no luck. Waiting on a harness repair kit for the plug the transfer case selector switch plugs into. One of the wires was...
I am running the JKS with the Clayton 0.5 for the diesel. I wanted to be able to adjust the level of the front due to bumper winch etc. Yes you do have to cut from factory for them to fit and no going back. But no noise no issues and for me I am glad i did it vs the factory and the updated...
I have replaced the stock front springs and put in the Clayton 0.5 springs for the diesel. I only disconnected the lower shock bolt and both sway bar links at the axle. No alignment issues no track bar, no trailing arms / control arms. 18 mm bolt and nut on both. Hope this helps
I am running a Magnum stubby front bumper.... sorry this was the only picture I has that you can see the bumper. I was running the three wires and ground at the time.
I am currently working on this exact same thing. My plan might be slightly different than yours but here is what I am doing. I separate the internal solenoid with the remote plug and on off switch for wireless operating. I am mounting them on the drivers side . I have a diesel so I have room...

I wanted to know if you had room for one more in the group. I would be coming up from the Waynesboro Staunton area if anyone else was coming from that location.
I HIGHLY recomend the Clayton springs!!!! I only have experience with their Gladiator diesel factory replacement (slightly above)factory front height. Talk to James at Clayton he was exceptional and great to work with!!
I also had the "fix" done on Thursday. I agree the shocks are slightly stiffer. There is an improvement over the prior shocks and bump stops. Personally I felt the original shocks were very soft so this helps firm up the ride.
I also had placed the Clayton springs for the diesel about a...
Bald mountain trail runs from behind Stuarts Draft up to the blue ridge parkway.... not a hard trail but bumpy and growth on the sides in places. A good spot about in the middle to stop and have a lunch. If anyone has this on their list of trails they want to run I am happy to meet up and run it.
In Virginia, had a few Jeeps and guided for Camp Jeep and Jeep Jamboree back in the day.... currently stock JTRD . Willing to definitely meet up and do trails around the area and depending where and time around the east cost. Like the idea of getting a number of gladiators together and doing...
