Just adding in my bump. Brand new 2021 Rubicon with about 500 miles. Worked fine this morning. Just left to go to gym and won't turn on. We'll see in an hour or so after gym.
Wife and Kids were complaining it was too high to get into, so found some inexpensive Tyger steps on amazon. Pulled off the sliders and put these on, was surprised at how easy it all was. Only took about an hour to get the old ones removed and the steps put on.
Not pictured, also got a Tyger...
I had to sell my car to a different dealer 5 miles away from the Jeep dealer I bought my JT from.
Fortunately it was pretty painless, but dealer was offering me about $5k less than bluebook and $5k less than every other dealer was willing to pay.
Drove to the other dealer, sold it, called...
First time Jeep owner as of this Monday, (2021 - JTR) and after reading so many comments I was a little concerned. But, I've now driven about 140 miles on the interstate going 75-80 the whole way and another 160 miles of various in town / back roads.
I can only compare it to my 2018 Silverado...
Not exactly what I was looking for, but this might work, could potentially attach it to the two on the center console

Welp, went to do a test drive yesterday and had my sights set on a Mojave, but decided I'd drive the Rubicon first to see what it drove like on the road and compare. Had also intended to buy either Sarge Green or Black. Wife saw this color and liked it.
Never even made it to the Mojave, the...
Used prices are nuts at the moment.. my telluride I bought 17 months ago is going for about 2k more than I paid for it brand new. did the KBB.com instant cash offer today and have had 3 dealers fighting to pay more than the KBB value, which was already more than I paid new last year.
I am no expert and hate spending hours and hours trying to get the 1% deal.. but, have bought many cars over the years, I think seems pretty reasonable if you ask me. Fees don't seem too bad.
Newer to researching Jeeps, but it seems like on average that ~$3kish below MSRP is invoice, so you're...
Gave my work benefit/car buying service a quick look, looks like it's through truecar, a whole 1.5-2% below MSRP as the quoted deal for the local dealership, unfortunately.
Hey all,
Prospective first time jeep buyer here!
Found 2 Gladiator Mojaves at a local dealer that looks like they've been sitting there a few months.
Haven't had the chance to test drive yet, but they have pretty much everything I want minus the spray in bed liner, they are both the exact...
