I ran into the same issue when I was trying to pull mine apart. I couldn’t get it to come out of the top with pliers/a pick (still can’t) and when I pulled the fender liner to pull the whole assembly out, I also had what appeared to be the filler neck sealed to the rubber hose. So, as of now...

Pretty sure it's fairly normal for DEF usage to go up when pulling a trailer (assuming you were pulling the camper in your first pic)

Bump... anyone make a custom flatbed themselves? I'm interested in one, but don't want to shell out $10k+ for a flatbed.

I don't think I'll get to it this week, and then I'm going to be away from the Jeep for a few weeks due to the holiday, but I'm thinking about trying to make a "tool" that might press/clamp down like the channel locks are meant to do. Thinking two pieces of angle aluminum that'll slide between...

I’m having the same issue. Tried to disassemble the whole thing and couldn’t get the filler tube off. Tried with a screwdriver. And now I tried the channel lock method and am tearing up the outter plastic part. Anyone from the Denver area that could help? 😂

Just bought a JTRD from Gupton in TN. Anything changed with good dealers to go to for general service? I'm down in Highlands Ranch and could drive up to Boulder or north of Denver, just curious if there's anyone down this direction worth trying out.
