I have a 21 Ecodiesel gladiator and it has those dimples in the frame right there, why would they even do that? I’ve been pulling my rock crawler set up for awhile now and have had no problems about 5500 lbs.

I read a lot of that tread where you were doing that work, very extensive, very time consuming but, very badass! I appreciate people like you that pass this knowledge along, I want you to know that and that I know your time is worth something.💪🏻

Thanks for that info, I have heard from a few people now that say the Mishimoto radiator will prove only minimal to no visible results. By chance did you change your coolant type from the Mopar stuff?

if you are talking about the YJ on the trailer, the wheelbase is 111” and the gladiator is 137” so that 2’ is gonna make a ton of difference in rock crawling. A JT on 40” tires will do a lot but, I’m looking to tow my rig.

Really? I have not heard that, talked to 2 people with those things, one guy with an 18 Ram 2500 with 6 years on his and a guy with an Ecodiesel gladiator on 40s and he installed his in 21. He said he didn’t see too much difference in temps but he was rigged to the hilt with at least 1200-1300...

SAE towing calculations also use braking ability AND cooling capabilities which, because Stellantis insisted on cramming the Ecodiesel into the Jeep platform without any other design changes to accept it(mainly it would change the Jeep “look” and non of us want that either) we have major cooling...
