I have spicers and I have a slight whine at coasting from the front diff. I donāt think itās the brand but more so the shop that installs it. Itās not loud enough for me to care and only happens at 50mph when I let off the gas. ĀÆ\_(ć)_/ĀÆ
I had the Falken 35's that you listed and currently have the 37" BFG K02's. I went to 37's because I regeared, but also HATED the ride quality with the falkens. The BFG's are a 1000x's better IMO. I can't speak for the Goodyears, but do not go Falken.
In the pic the Falkens are on top, and the...
I regeared to 4.88ās a few weeks ago. Iām on 37ā KO2ās with a 2ā lift. My RPMās at 70mph+ are around 2100-2200 which was my stock rpmās with no modifications. So far Iām loving this combination and it has PLENTY of power. If I had a true 37ā I may have gone to 5.13ās, but right now Iām hitting...
Mine did the same thing today. There is a new Nav update and my guess is I interrupted the software update and all hell broke loose. I turned the volume knob up and it went back to normal. ĀÆ\_(ć)_/ĀÆ
I went from 35's to 37's and got new wheels. The Falken Wildpeak AT4's load range C rode like a brick, much better ride with the KO2's. Super happy with the Nomad wheels too.
Am I just dumb and the front driveshaft is supposed to spin in 2WD now because of the factory fad delete? I came from a 2021 JT so I assumed it was the mechanics. You learn something new everyday. I guess Iāll have to figure out how to get the driveshaft from humming, by playing with my caster.
I don't have the electrical FAD, just a plate with a fork. I got under there and took it off and everything looks fine. The fork is in the collar, however the collar seems to be in a position where its locking the front drive shaft. When I slide it all the way over to the left i can spin the...
So I just regeared to 4.88ās, the install was done by an Offroad shop (word on the street is they do gears regularly). During the break-in process I noticed a slight whine from the front while coasting..this was my first red flag. 2nd red flag happened today while doing hwy break in. It felt...
They will absolutely compress by hand. The first few inches are the hardest (giggity), then it gets easier. Iāve done it multiple times. Also, if by hand is not an option, take the piston end and put it on the ground and put your body weight into it and press down, then figure out a way to keep...
Leitner makes a kit specifically for the EGR powered tonneau for the Jeep Gladiator. Itās on their website. The Yakima is great and has a ton of versatility and would work with the EGR tonneau, if thatās what you have. You couldnāt go wrong with either bed rack.
Iāll tell you right now itās next to impossible to measure caster from a magnetic angle finder, whether itās placed on your knuckles, diff, etc. Just get an alignment. Once you have your caster, place the angle finder on one of your front knuckles...this will NOT match the caster from your...
Added some indoor/outdoor tile carpet to the iKamper. Now my bony knees wonāt hurt as much getting the air mattress setup. Also, raptor lined the tailgate in white. Itās not perfect, but good enough for me.
