I was missing one of the rear sway bar nuts so I left the AEV sway bar links in place until a new pair came in. Today I installed the Rear Mopar Links.
From left to right is the stock rear link, the AEV link, and the Mopar lift kit link. As you can see the Mopar lift kit link is beefier on...
You can see from the photos below I am approximately 3-1/4 inches taller than a stock Gladiator Rubicon measuring from fender seam to the ground.
I have 35’s vs the stock 33 tires so that’s about 1-inch there. Meaning that this kit gave me 2 plus inches of lift.
I bought the Borla Touring exhaust for the Gladiator. It sounds like a stock exhaust but with attitude. I'm going to see if I can simply replace the resonator to turn it into the S-Type. The ATTACK sounds amazing but I think hearing that all the time would get old. Borla exhausts provide...
Thanks for the complement. I agree the 2” lift with 35’s looks like it should from the factory. Given the longer wheel base 37’s would also look good. You just have to be up for a re-gear in that circumstance to maintain performance.
Here is one of the drivers side clearly showing the lift...
I finished the install and drove it for 40-minutes over a variety of road conditions. All the little rattles are gone. The ride quality is excellent. All bumps large and small are muffled.
The handling has actually improved. The suspension has a more controlled feel to it. Those larger...
I’m probably going to see if I can sell it on Craigslist. I installed the Pro Cal Snap in my Jeep and I’m not removing that so it’s purely the hardware.
Lift or Spacer Lift? I’m glad you like it. The price is now $499. I think it’s a good value if the goal is to lift your Gladiator 2 inches with minimal expense.
However,
If you want to keep the rubber spring isolators to retain all their benefits a spacer lift is not the way to go.

Removing the AEV 2" Spacer Lift and installing the 2" Mopar Lift this weekend. I have the front done. I will do the rear tomorrow.
Some things I noticed. The Mopar SWAY BAR LINKS are beefier than the AEV links. They also have a nice little offset that lines everything up prefectly.
They...
Your comment about the pinion angle or angle of the front drive shaft is INCORRECT according to the Mopar factory manual. Please read the words in the screen shot highlighted in yellow. Since they designed it I don't think there is much room for debate.
The caster and pinion angle drawing are...
Don't make it personal. You have no idea how I think.
I have no problem with AEV. They make lots of great stuff. Their spacer lift is simply a low budget alternative to lifting your Gladiator 2-inches. Sounds like lots of people here took advantage of that savings.
However, that does not...
