Hey Guys,
I have a bit of a dilemma. My Gladiator came with a bad alignment (used) with a lot of front toe in. I noticed it fairly quick but front tires were at 60% and the rears are still like brand new. I'm normally religious on rotations, but because of this uneven wear I cannot rotate like...
Thanks to all for the info from this. I know this is a dead post revival but I thought I would share. I am in Canada so different then most dealing with a TSB.
Went to my local dealer and explained i have a 2020 gladiator i bought used. It was however purchased new by PO at that dealer. Talked...
Good Point, I will double check that but it looked good when I was under there. After doing it I would recommend checking it every time you do an oil change. Like you say if you bach something your not burning the tires off for 2 years before you catch it.
TLDR - Bought truck with 37s from original owner. Was getting terrible fuel economy and front tire wear. Toe from the factory was 2 1/4" so the tires were burning off when driving. I would highly suggest everyone check your toe. It takes 5min in the driveway with a tape measure.
Hey guys and...
I like 5 tire also. If I could just find another wheel that matches I would be set. A fuel wheel and tire would be 6-700 vs. 5 new wheels and another tire would be 2K.
Hey all, hopefully someone can help me out with some ideas. I recently purchased a 2020 Gladiator Rubicon. Original owner bought 4x fuel hydro wheels (17x8.5r17 +1 offset) and put on 37" trail grapplers. I don't mind the wheels. Not my favorite but for the deal I got on the truck Ill gladly take...
I just got my 2020 Rubicon used with 4500 miles. Got it for 12k less then what a new one costs and the Best part was the Guy also had paid for 37s, wheels, bumper, winch, tonneau, lights, the works. When I saw it I bought it 3 hours later. Not a mark on the bottom of it never been offroad. The...
5.13s will be fine. There really is not much differnece between 4.88s and 5.13s. If you were 37s on flat roads with a bit of towing 4.88s are the choice but elevation and towing 5.13s are good. Checkout this video for more info. You wont regret 5.13s especially if you ever go taller tires again...
Hey Guys,
I just joined the gladiator club and need to install a brake controller. I have used the Curt Spektrum in several vehicles and am moving it over to the jeep. I have looked up the adaptor plug part number from Curt as 51527. It looks like lots have done this with no issue however some...
