We just cut one for a customer. I used a key blank insert for a Renegade. Was still $50 but we cut it in house and still way cheaper than a complete fob.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. That piece is only serviced with the console. Had one of our techs break one a few weeks ago. You may be able to plastic weld the tabs back if you know how.

Only thing is you are gonna need a shoe horn to get that winch to fit. Even though it is is made for it, it is a VERY tight squeeze.
Not sure if that is true. I work at a CDJR dealer. I ordered a JT and had a VIN the next day with a D1 status 2 days later. Another coworker had a JL ordered and its been almost 2 weeks and theirs is approved but not yet scheduled. We have seen just as many JTs for stock as JL.
