I'm having the same issue with my 21 Willys. I also thought it was coming from the front end, but can't be sure since I can't replicate the noise when sitting static in the driveway. I did find this thread below from last year though, so I'm going to go ahead and change diff fluid and see if...
I used my profile pic and here's what ChatGPT had to say:
That Jeep really pulled up like it’s about to give a TED Talk on “How to Spend $60K to Still Get Passed by a Camry.”
You parked it next to a mural that says “Birthplace of the Jeep” like it’s paying respects to its ancestors… meanwhile...
Wow! That's some detailed details, man! Thanks, I appreciate it. Good to know that the dig isn't allowed in comps. Not sure if I want to compete, but it's something to consider as I was thinking of just getting a VS410 instead of building.
The other route I'm considering is this Injora lcg...
They are all great looking rigs! Tell me more. I'm looking to build a good crawler and would like some details on the Power Wagon and J10. Looks like an aftermarket chassis on the Wagon? And is that the Pro-Line body? Any other details you can give me on either one?

My wife has a 2015 JKU Sahara and the oil cooler (filter housing) went on it. My mechanic said it was common on JK/JKU 3.6's. Not sure if Jeep ever fixed the problem with them or not. He replaced it with an aluminum one. So, probably not a bad idea to have one on hand.
Add to all of that being 50 years old with arthritic knees and 50 lbs overweight! Yep, that's me, the beached whale rolling around in the driveway. LOL
