I also have a Willys and am looking at switching to A/T tires. Specifically the Toyo A/TIII (in a 35 though), so looking forward to the pics and further thoughts.
After 1-1/2 years and nearly 30,000 miles, I can say I still love it. I mean, who wouldn't love a convertible pick-up truck?! Only issue so far was a leaking axle seal fixed under warranty. Like many others, I still look back at it when walking away.
I did look into this. I couldn't find a part # for just the harness. There's a waterproof connection that does the 1/4 lock into the back of the light housing and it's molded into the harness. That makes me think it's all one part. Sure would have been nice if the seller of the lights hadn't cut...
I have a '21 Willys non LED and I added DV8 LED clone OEM headlights and Diode Dynamics LED fogs. No issues there. I want to add OEM LED fender lights, but have a couple concerns. The lights came with the harness cut, so I plan on making a new one out of the existing pigtail left on the lights...
Awesome! Thank you very much. I bought a set of OEM LED DRL's and the dude that sold them just cut the wires about 6" from the housing. I'm thinking I can put this on the ends of the cut wires and then leave the factory harness alone. Keep it plug and play.
Any update? I purchase some used LED DRL's to install on my Willys and when I received them, the wires were cut. Just wondering what you ended up doing.
