They never got me on the plate tilt. I did have to take a hammer to the plate to get it to fit right. After that, all was well.

Does any have that they could send or know where I could find an exploded drawing of the steering linkage from steering wheel to tires?

I’ve had the same thing happen. I drive mine once a week or sometimes once every two weeks. When I press the pedal it is rock hard and it won’t start. I have to press it a couple more times to get it to start.
