AEV RX BUMPER ON MOJAVE

I am looking at this bumper for my Mojave and wondering if anyone got the answers on the tilted winch support or if anyone else has installed this bumper recently.

They never got me on the plate tilt. I did have to take a hammer to the plate to get it to fit right. After that, all was well.
