It’s a different way I’ve learned to start off. More of a hit the gas and feather the clutch as apposed to feathering them both. All and all I’m still happy I went with the 6 speed. Yeah the auto probably gets better mpg. Yeah it can tow more. Yeah it might be quicker to 60 but I’m in it for...
I love it. The only thing I wish I had done extra is the bedliner. Everyone around here wants 600-700 and are weeks out on scheduling.
I got a clutch extension for my wife and will admit I haven’t taken it off. It lets me sit back just a bit further and I’m more comfortable.
Any word on yours? I ordered from Chapman. Mine had been cleared to ship since 10/9 and waiting for shipping “transportation arrangements have not been made”. I was told expected delivery between 10/19 - 10/28. Asked Jeep chat and they are now saying 10/20-11/8. I could pound my head against a...
me too! 11 weeks so far. Hopefully it gets to Pennsylvania soon

Well I received my window sticker from crypto stickers this morning and Jeep chat confirmed it’s been built and in the “shipping” stage. ETA to dealer is 10/19.
Easiest deal ever. The detail and prep was 90% of the time. Went into the finance office, they had the quoted price plus tags and doc. They offered all kinds of up sales and warranties but 0 pressure. I’d recommend Chapman to anyone who asks.
I went a slightly different route. I called said “I’m on my way”. I’m only 40 mins away. They said “uhhh we have to PDI and detail it we got a lot of cars”. I said ok sounds good I’ll see ya soon. We were in and out of the finance office in 10 mins. Took about 2 hours in total and we were on the...
The wrangler we ordered came in to them yesterday too. (3.5 weeks vs almost 3 months and still waiting for my gladiator). We called yesterday after not hearing back after the same email and was told it was a large delivery and “hopefully” they could have it ready today (Saturday). Was told...
Sounds familiar. I’m at 8 weeks. Just found out Friday that all the parts had been received also.
I ordered a sport S with the trailer tow group and a 6 speed. Soft top. Heritage tan interior.
I ordered my Sport S on 7/26 and it had been “scheduling parts” for 53 days. Now it’s “all parts are acquired and your Jeep is waiting production”. The less optioned models seem to be taking significantly longer.
Finally after 54 days of “parts are being scheduled” I got “parts have been received and it will soon enter production”. I feel like it’s a one small step but one giant leap type situation .
I was told if it was quoted originally they will honor it. I ordered a gladiator on 7/26 (still “sourcing parts”) and at that time it was offered. A month later we ordered a two door wrangler and was told it wasn’t offered anymore.
