I didnt have to reshape anything, just popped them on. As far as removal, I broke a ton of the factory tabs. Tried getting them out just in case I wanted to reinstall the OEM fenders, but got to a point where I got fed up and just ripped them off.

I cut the liner long enough to sandwich between the KBD Fenders so I just ran the screws that came with them. Mini zip ties could work too tho.

Just updating because I couldn't find anyone else posting about this. I wanted to use my factory inner front fender liners with the KBD Fenders and it came out pretty clean. A box cutter and about 30 mins per side got it done. Really happy with how clean it came out. Gotta see how it holds up...
