Stock is 6” backspace. Subtract 1.75” puts you at 4.25” now so if you like that poke go with the 4.5. I would go with the 4.75 but it’s up to you 👍🏻

Wait until you mount the winch and see if the front goes down a little. If you still want rake try a 3/4 inch rear spacer, that's what I did. If you really load it up you may need airbags or heavier springs.
I love that trail. It’s definitely more difficult with a stock JT. I made it through pulling my trailer last year.
Have you done Rug Road out to Aravaipa? That’s an amazing trip too. Aravaipa Canyon is awesome.
Here’s mine. I trimmed the rear plastic piece so it sits flat. I’m guessing if I really tried I could lift the back and get it open but this top is more of a deterrent than secure anyway.
These two parts should line up at the front, but of course you can adjust it to your liking if the seal in the back isn’t right.
When it’s new, the rear seal needs time to settle in. Mine seals pretty good and doesn’t stick up like @kcmudbug
