This is normal Fox shock behavior. The great off road performance is worth the creaking. I've owned my Mojave for 4.5 years and can tell you nothing is wrong with your suspension. The Mojave suspension is rad for an OEM offering.... noise is one of the tradeoffs. It happens most in cold weather.

NOCOs don't run the correct float voltage for Odysseys. C-Tek has a 'snowflake' mode that does.
