Smart lol i wish myin wasnt covered in salt..i can handle mud dirt whatever, but salt and bird crap drives me insane lol...also awsome profile pic..great movie!
I have the rokblok standard length originals on my mojave and there awsome although i think i would get the longer ones for the front to help block salt/snow from being kicked up farther back, but they do make a world of difference. I font have pictures of the rear.
Well aparetly i dont pay enough attention to new cars lol.. wasnt aware thats a standard thing today this is honestly the first new vehicle ive owned. I have a 92 yj that i put a ford 302 in and daily a econobox 2011 hyundai that doesnt have abs or traction control lol.
Theres no diagram on the exact point to lift from other than lifting from the most solid part of the vehicle. So dont base it on what someone lifts there truck at. You need to establish what point to place the arms on the vehicle you lifting depending on where the center of gravity. That can...
I belive the mojave and the rubicon applu brakes to the wheel thats slipping to send power to the tire that has grip so you dont just sit there spinning one tire. I much rather have a limited slip than a electronic locker but not an option. Take the good with the bad i guess lol
I honestly dont see much of a difference from my inlaws jlu rubicon (has factory leds) and my gladiator(halogens) besides the leds are more white in color and theres more of a distinct cutoff in where it lights up the halogens are plenty bright without blinding oncoming traffic. And as others...
Yes 100% true about a diesel. I grew up in and around trucking and heavy equipment my whole life and im pretty much obsessed with old 2stroke detroits if you cant tell by my username ?. Only problem is my gladiator isnt a diesel i have the 3.6 gasjob.
Ive been having a rodent problem the past few weeks. Every morning i have to vacuum up little nuts. I finally ordered and hooked up a rodent repeller and ziptied it to the battery blanket and cable untill i make a bracket to hold it. Seems to work as no signs of the little pest this morning.
Drove to the dealer this morning to get my first oil change and was told they dont do oil changes after 9 so i went to the parts store got oil and a filter and did it myself...lol im glad i did because oil was pretty dark even with only 2500mi
I got it from lamin-x its a very thick quality film thats meant to protect the lights from stone chips and uv fading. I did my headlights with clear and the yellow for the fog lights. Headlights were a bit tough, but taking them off the truck and usinga hair dryer helped. I also removed the fog...
I did it to myin and i noticed you dont get any glare off of snow during a storm which ive honestly never noticed how bad it was before the yellow tint. Havent been through any fog yet be probably the same. I have halogen lights though.oh yeah and it looks sweet during the day time.
I did this the other week. And its pretty much a must for gladiators. I really dont use the camera but the whole screen would turn white from the lights and the glare would bli d me to the point i could barley see my mirrors lol those lights were a terrible idea.
Lamin-x my headlights with the clear film and did the foglights with yellow. Turned out pretty nice i like the yellow foglights. Also did the dark film over the tag lights to reduce the glare in the camera.
Put lamin-x on the headlights, foglights, and tag lights today. Went with clear on the headlights, yellow on the foglights and dark tint on the tag lights to help reduce the glare on the backup camera.
