  1. How many Jeep branded rides have you owned?

Iā€™ve had a good assortment over the years, and have had at least one Jeep in my life since 1985 when I bought my first ā€˜83 CJ7. 2x 1983 CJ7 1x 1979 CJ7 1x 1990 YJ Islander (bought new). 1x 1999 Cherokee Sport 1x 2000 Cherokee Sport 1x 2005 TJ Sport 1x 2005 TJ Rubicon 6 speed (bought new, still...
  2. Well CARP!

Looks good and should get everyoneā€™s attention. For some reason now I have a really strong hunger for popcorn šŸæšŸ˜‹
  3. If you could have Gladiator in any color you want...

There are really only two colours that literally turn my head in traffic. The first is Gator on a Gladiator. I love that colour and every time I see one I am a bit bummed out that Jeep discontinued it after 2020. The second is whatever they call the red on Mazda cars. It is such a deep rich...
  4. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Those are Canada Geeseā€¦..youā€™re welcome šŸ˜†
  5. Who's got my fuel mileage beat?

I just came back from a trip from Alberta to BC and then back, through the Rockies. 2021 Rubicon, 2ā€ lift and 37ā€™s. Not too bad all things considered.
  6. It’s the little things that matter. Thank you Jeep for the wireless Bluetooth speaker!

Good tip šŸ™‚. Iā€™m not exactly a ā€˜prepperā€™ but I try to be prepared. I lose power for extended periods several times a year, and every time it happens I commit to getting a natural gas generator with an automatic transfer switch. I donā€™t have one yet šŸ¤£ Last winter the power was out for around 14...
  7. It’s the little things that matter. Thank you Jeep for the wireless Bluetooth speaker!

The power has been out for hours due to a significant rain and wind event, but itā€™s all good in the ā€˜hood thanks to whoever at Jeep proposed this cool little feature šŸ™‚ Listening to Corb Lundā€™s new album with the fire roaring and a cold local IPA in handā€¦..Iā€™m in zero hurry for the power to be...
  8. Classic In-the-Wild

Looks really cool! The gap between the cab and box looks a little ā€œframe damageyā€ though.
  9. Ok, so now what??

Your truck is perfect! That is exactly what mine looked like when I picked it up. $15,000 Canadian Loonies later it looks a bit different. Iā€™m not sure if every Loonie (or Toonie) that I have spent was fiscally logical (or sane), but at least I can say that there isnā€™t going to be another one...
  10. Hats !

I found them at my local Jeep dealership.
  11. What did you do WITH your Gladiator today?

Just a few miles north of youā€¦..in the Ghost/Waiparous area northwest of Cochrane, Alberta šŸ™‚
  12. What did you do WITH your Gladiator today?

Went for a slow and slightly bone jarring drive along a road allowance that gets you pretty close to the base of the Rocky Mountains.
  13. Jeep retro winch bumper

I love what you have done with your Jeep....it looks awesome! I think a truly retro bumper would look amazing....simple and uncomplicated.

  17. Who has done a vinyl or xpel wrap?

I really wanted a Gator Gladiator, but when I was ready to buy at the end of 2020 there were none around and of course the colour was discontinued. I would have been happy with a couple of the other available colours but I couldnā€™t find anything optioned the way I wanted at all, and I was...
  18. Your first Jeep photos?

I think this was my second CJ7. It was an ā€˜83 and this picture was around ā€˜93. I lovingly ā€œrestoredā€ it with 12 cans of Tremclad cherry red, applied outside on a windy day šŸ˜. In those days you really had to love Jeeps to own them, or be some sort of glutton for punishment. I had 3 different...
