Someone who is an expert please share your opinion as to what this noise is or its “normal”. The warm condition has a more pronounced ticking noise than cold. I have two recording of engine. The first is a cold start at 25F. The second is after 20 minutes which is pretty warm.

The definition in that link is not right. Running ground clearance, as used by Jeep, is the lowest point of sprung components. That is, components that are "on" the suspension and supported by it and this excludes axles.
