The OEM in mine is white, and is rubber covered metal, very beefy. The mopar new one is black rubber, it has some structure to it but not as firm as the other. The PPE pan has notches for the little posts on the gasket. Both work fine IMO, no leaks with very light torque.

I just completed this 2 x recently due to purchasing the wrong PPE model from amazon the 1st time. The factory gasket was fine and was reused initially. I picked up a new gasket for around $60 at the local dealership while waiting for Northridge to ship the correct model, not needed but...
