My 2022 Gladiator EcoDiesel had a DPF failure at about 21,000 miles. I pulled code P2002 and found soot at the tailpipe, which led me to take it in. Dealer inspection then found the DPF was cracked internally. They replaced the DPF along with the related gaskets...
Did a run last weekend towing the Off Grid Trailer (OGT) around 9,000 feet near Rocky Mountain National Park. Still a bit of snow lingering as winter winds down—conditions were a mix of slush, ice crust, and surprise powder pockets.

Agree, I have protected all the known areas where heat and rubbing occur. Not to say I did not miss something which is very possible. One item of interest. This only happens after the engine has been off for more than 2 weeks without fail.

After combing through this thread I settled for building my own and stuffing it on my front bumper as I use my Jeep for rock crawling and off-road only. I threw 4 fans on the back as well. This solved my de-rating issues going up I-70 and other passes when towing. I also had issues de-rating...
