Glad to hear everything is still going good with Kent over at Peterson's in Idaho. I'm lucky enough to live close by, so I was able to get my Jeep just a day after it arrived. I really liked how Kent worked with me online instead of having to come into his dealership like almost every other...
Well, I'm sorry for not being on here and keeping up with everyone. I hope everyone has gotten their Gobi Jeeps, and if not already, then very soon. I received mine last month on the 22nd and could not be happier!!! I've been having so much fun driving it around, and finally doing real Jeep...
I was told it's from Jeep, and it's either a 14 or 20 day pickup window before they reinvoice the Jeep. If the dealer is good, they'll do it all remotely before that day and just have you come in when you can.
Super nice! I was debating getting the manual myself. Only thing that for sure made me not get it was watching Eddie, his YT Channel is Waya Life, have issues offroading it.
Good to hear that they're finally going to start spraying...only 2 months after Gobi was available. That's Jeep for ya, but I'm happy to hear I should be getting closer to being done!!
Hey everyone, I tried using the Jeep chat last week and the person I spoke with said they didn't know when Gobi was going to be put in Production. Has anyone received any word of their Jeep being built, or even moved into D1 yet? I know I have o be patient, but damn, almost 2 months of it being...
I'm holding myself back as best I can, so I've only been looking at "accessory" items like door sills guards and shorter antennas. Is there anything you were going to do as soon as you get your jeep?
I have my compass now, but I've been in love with the gladiators after seeing them around. Makes more sense for me to get it over a wrangler with the truck bed. Keep us updated on what you hear for a time frame!
Nice, I was considering the diesel but I know I won't drive it how a diesel needs to be driven. But I'm the same with the color, timing was pretty good for me too go with it.
