Everything is tight after each adjustment. And it’s still tight when I have to adjust the wheel again

Everything is tight. I have had to straighten it 4 times now

So roughly nice a week I have to re center my steering wheel on my Mojave. Anyone have any ideas why this might be happening? Could it be from pulling a trailer? 22 Mojave . AEVspacer, Teraflex control Arms, fox ATS steering stabilizer. Apex quick disconnects. Still have factory 33s

How loud is it? I have been looking at that exhaust but don’t want my wife or neighbors complaining. Is the growl consistent or mainly or only present at high RPMs
