Gladiator steering wheel alignment

So roughly nice a week I have to re center my steering wheel on my Mojave. Anyone have any ideas why this might be happening? Could it be from pulling a trailer?
22 Mojave . AEVspacer, Teraflex control Arms, fox ATS steering stabilizer. Apex quick disconnects. Still have factory 33s

Is the bolt/nut tight?

Check the drag link make sure the bolt is tight, loosen the retaining bolt and turn the sleeve to recenter the wheel.

Everything is tight. I have had to straighten it 4 times now

Everything is tight after each adjustment. And it’s still tight when I have to adjust the wheel again

Hmmm ... if all of your adjustment points are remaining tight I might suspect the steering box?
