I went with the full fat all the cream and gluten Metal Cloak 3.5 (with rocksports). I installed myself in a rent-a-bay DIY shop. took my dumb ass 8 hours and I haven't done anything like this before. Pretty sure a proper shop could do it in 6.
I am only running piddly 37x12.50 shopping cart...
Here in the areas I travel in, very few dont throw a wave. JT,JL,JK,TC,YJ and obviously the occasionally seen CJ. Even some of the GC and cherokee folks throw the wave out there.
However on the extremely rare occasion I venture into the city, they usually only give me the single finger wave...

Here in Wa State we have car/suv/van plates and different truck plates. I think we get charged some tonnage fee... will find out in 6 months when I re-register if I can stay in Wa that long
I was getting a lot of flashes after my lift, didnt even think about re-aiming at the moment. But once I had the "DUH" moment I adjusted. Wasnt hard, just kinda winged it enough to keep them evev on a wall. Your case may vary but at least on my lifted Rubicon with LEDs, I went one full turn down...

- 4x Rubicon wheels (no curb rash) w/ Falken MT tires (approx 80% tread left) w/ TPMS - selling as full set please
- 1x Steelie spare w/ Falken MT (unused 100% tread)
- Plastic front bumper with LED fogs and wiring harness...
