  2. Any 2020 Gladiator Owners Still Here?

That’s the spot. The stock skids have worked for me so far…just kinda noisy sometimes:)
  3. Any 2020 Gladiator Owners Still Here?

We bought our launch edition gently used in 2021. We have 55,000 miles of work and play on it. Only repair so far has been the rear pinion seal.
  4. Is it just me, or is the cruise control horrible?

i like the adaptive cruise control; hills do wear it out a bit. Honestly I think every vehicle I’ve driven except 1 ton unloaded diesels seems to work overtime on hills with cruise control on.
  5. Jump starting Civics leads to depression

I’ve had a set of super cheap jumper cables not carry enough voltage.
  6. Help me decide - big tent problems from winter 'storage'

For only twice a year I’d bribe my neighbors with beer to help make the swap. I swap a much heavier ikamper twice a year but my helpers are also working in my business so they are kinda obligated to the 5 minute lifting exercise. ?
  7. Help me decide - big tent problems from winter 'storage'

Maybe find a used GFC Superlight so you can bring it indoors easily in the winter.
  8. Mods: Regrets and Required

Rubicon Gas Model We just put an Alu cab canopy and rtt on it for the first year of use. I’m glad we did not make bigger changes until having used it in a lot situations. It went many very cool places stock. Would repeat: - Rubicon model for the locking difs and sway bar. Smart driving and...
  9. Does Model Year Matter? Any to avoid yet?

In terms of price, both used and new prices may continue to drop over the winter. I’m delaying my wife’s next car purchase as I think the 2023 models for many mfg will be strongly discounted in the new year.
  10. Does Model Year Matter? Any to avoid yet?

In my opinion and experience the first batch of 2020 is a great batch. I think Jeep put a lot of effort and pride into the release and the majority of the components are straight from the wrangler and thus not really a brand new vehicle when it comes to first year model issues. The models built...
  11. NEW Upfit by AEV Packages (Upcountry, Upcountry+, Level II) Available for 2024 Jeep Gladiator

I would like to know if the level 2 includes regearging. It says something about Jeep confidence in the trucks to not regear.
  12. The 2024 Gladiator Reveals on 9/13/23!

Do you think the AEV package with 37” tires will come regeared?
  13. Spotted in Nashville

Okay one more comment. My kids love ducking jeeps but I think even they would say this is silly. ?
  14. Spotted in Nashville

It amazes me how little some owners care about their truck resale value or marketability. Maybe there is a niche group of people who happily overpay for this kind of thing because it’s unique? It looks like a cheap and ugly movie prop to me. Nashville is a melting pot of taste and money these days.
  15. AluCab Canopy Camper question

Those electric locks show as out of stock. How long was the wait for them?
  16. For those of us that run a fridge/freezer

I am running the same Optima battery in place of the stock starter battery. My fridge is in the bed plugged into a cigarette outlet I’ve wired to the factory Aux switches. Fridge goes about 2.5-4 days depending on weather (with truck off) before getting low voltage and turning off the fridge...
  17. Where did you WHEEL your Gladiator today?

Pretty simple setup. AEV Dualsport high capacity kit, 35” falken, Arb bumper and harbor freight winch, Alu Cab canopy to hold the tent on top and basic camping setup inside when we travel. Planning to keep it this way for a while. It’s our first Jeep. Look too closely and you see all the trail...
  18. Towing veteran help needed making trailer purchase decision

You haven’t mentioned the weight of what you intend to tow. That’s the place to start. I will say, hunting for a used aluminum trailer would get you the best of both worlds if it’s worth the money to you.
