Appreciate it , in my gut I know that is all true, just sucks to be geared up for the trek to have to bailā¦. Lots of miles with nothing around out there for sure..
According to the dealership itās a jeep back order for the front axle assembly, and when jeep cares finally got back they confirmed that. Did loose a week from the dealership with the fired service advisor not ordering the part, but itās on jeep at this point to expedite a part.
Summary of the BS..
Dealership 3/4
Back to dealership 3/10 to have the work done, to be told 2hrs after dropping off the service advisor is āno longer thereā and no one ordered the part, to be told part is 20 days + out.
