Anyone run these in Canada, or snowy climates? How do they do with ice and snow buildup on them? Awesome job on the install, they look great. Do they come with the lights?

Just had my Gladiator undercoated, when I had a look underneath to check things out I noticed they sprayed the Fox Shocks. Not sure if this is SOP for undercoating, but I was a tad bit surprized and upset that they would spray my bling. Anyone else experience this? I feel they should have...
