Yeah, pretty bad situation, went for service at two dealers per jeep cares request… got the TJ when they initially couldn’t fix and swapped for this thang
waited over a month and a half with it in the shop. had to buy a new vehicle since they wouldnt give a rental that long. they lost my first set. and the second never showed so i was 100% done.

That’s not even a bad one….. I knew it was gonna happen at that spot so I was prepared to not let get as out of control where it goes between lanes
i have been working with jeep care they really dont... all they do is make phone calls to the dealer annnnd its pretty useless unless you want someone other than the dealer to tell you your jeep is broken go somewhere else if they cannot fix it

Complete fn idiots. Their manager tried to bully me into accepting their fix because allegedly I didn’t say it wasn’t 100% stock it has the mopar lift and I cussed this mofo out on the phone for 45 minutes saying it’s got a factory part number installed by a factory approved “trained” technician...
Running stock wheels.
Tested with zero mile wheels and tires
Bump steer happened after dealer installed control arm drop brackets which induces too much caster
Looking for input on my gladiator. Been at dealer 5 times now they have replaced track bar, steering box, drag link, Pittman arm. Re torqued everything and re aligned multiple times. And a new fox steering stabilizer.
mopar lift
they added an aftermarket control arm drop bracket to attempt to...
dealer... my thoughts exactly on kit comes with proper geometry... which is why im reluctant to accept the repair with an aftermarket part on it, also. i doubt itll fix it.
