The t-slot rails came with 4 cleats that I’ve used on both the bed rails and racks. The cross bars of the racks have t-slots on both the top and bottom and have used the cleats up there to better tie down and secure cargo. The t-slots make the racks compatible with accessories from other brands...
I have the elevate racks with a quad-fold cover and it’s been a nice combination. You can read more about it here.
A tri-fold will work when the racks are in the upper position. I can see it working in the lower position, you may have to move the racks so they aren’t right on top of the folding...
I’ve noticed this while driving up steep and windy mountain roads. Usually when accelerating at 3000rpm. But not every time.
Pushing up from underneath the clutch pedal seems to deaden the rattle for me.
This past week I’ve developed a noise I’m trying investigate and looking for ideas of what it could be. The best way I can put it is that it sounds like rubber against metal.

Does it sound like this? I’ve noticed a rubber against metal squeak that only happens when turning sharp at slow speeds. Only on the first drive in the morning. So I’m not sure if it’s a temperature thing as the mornings have been between 60-70.

I was looking for a solution that would allow me to setup up a roof top tent and/or kayaks and still secure the bed with a fully functional hard cover. I ended up combining the TS Rails and Elevate Rack with the Leer HM650 quad fold hard cover.

racks can be positioned low below the cab...
Great project. I like the flexibility it offers. I’ve not seen a Revolver in person, but it looks as if you could leave your sort rack pushed up against the cab and still roll up the cover to carry a larger load.
Ordered Apr 23 and the window sticker was generated today. One interesting thing is that the build sheet and preview image for the Willys states BF Goodrich tires, not the Firestone as originally defined by the website builder in April.
@Danny_ thanks for posting your picture with the car seats. We’re going to need a second car seat soon and trying to find narrow seats that will allow us to have a third person to ride in the middle. We won’t drive with 3 in the back daily, but on occasion it would be helpful.
Do you feel like...
I really appreciate you sharing the measurements! I think this will allow that hard cover to clear and still keep the lower position.
I’m thinking about doing a RTT and I’m hoping to keep it low while still having the ability to open the panels.
Now hoping the JT arrives in June.
@sub11jeb - if it’s not too much trouble, would you mind sharing a couple measurements of the rack in the lowest position?
A: height from bed rail to rack arm at he edge of the cover?
B: height from bed rail or tailgate to the bottom of the cross bar?
I’m trying to figure out if a hardfolding...
