That Rebel link says “Uinta Tie downs require minor modification for proper fitment.” The Uinta tie downs are made by Teraflex, so no they would not require modification to use with the Teraflex rails. Based on that Rebel disclaimer, I would say the Rebel Offroad rails may not be compatible...
