The Uinta tie downs are made by Teraflex, so no they would not require modification to use with the Teraflex rails.
Based on that Rebel disclaimer, I would say the Rebel Offroad rails may not be compatible...
I realize this isn’t one of the options you listed, but I went with the Teraflex - even when the Mopar one version was available. I think it was a little cheaper and I thought it looked better.
