Yessir. Iām in Sanford, NC. During the summer time, I go the opposite way of the mountains haha. But Iād be willing to meet you half way if youāre interested.
Iād be willing to ship. Looks like $165 to ship to Allen Park, MI. Shoot me a message with your address and I can get you a more exact number and you can decide if thatās okay.
Iām selling my OEM Mojave wheels (4x) and I also have a spare steely if anyone is interested. I would like to keep them as a set for now but could split them up if there is enough interest. The wheels have about 10k miles on them. Asking $300 obo.
The Mojave wheels are 17x7.5ā with a 37.17mm...
Hey man, Iām the one that commented on your video - I didnāt know you had already made a post. Iām experiencing the same thing on my truck. Iām not sure when exactly the noise started but I had the JP6-HDSS clutch installed by a local transmission shop at 11.5k miles and Iām at about 15k now...
Hey @MMMojave, do you have any info (or a pic) on locating the #6 wire on the BCM? I tried to find a schematic but came up empty. I couldnāt get my multimeter prongs in the connection of what I think the wire is so Iām waiting on some Amazon items to help. Hereās a pic of what I think the wire...
I donāt really see a problem with doing one corner at a time but I think itās probably easiest to drop the whole axle and do both sides at the same time. Sway bar links probably need to wait until the end? Just make sure you donāt tighten control arms and track bars until itās sitting on all fours.
FYI, ACT clutches are 30% off until Nov 30 for anyone on the fence. A little over $200 in savings over standard pricing.
Idk if I can ever get used to the light weight flywheel. There is just too much throttle modulation for my liking. I also donāt think there will ever be a proper fix to the...
Width doesnāt affect MPG as much as tire diameter. Those tires should only be a little over an inch above stock in terms of width. If you havent updated the computer for the larger tire size then it wonāt read your MPG correctly and your shift points may be off.
What gvsukids said above. Youāre sitting tall with a large area and heavy tires. Not sure what your exact setup is but I dropped some info into grimmjeepers website to approximate what youāre seeing. Iām estimating that youāre still rocking 4.1 gears with 40s which is suboptimal. Try browsing...

I used these wrenches to get the bump stop on the front passenger side on. Access is limited in this area. I was able to do it after the truck was back on the ground if you want to hold off until later...
An impact will definitely help to get the bolts run down and started but youāre going to want to complete final torque with a torque wrench. Make sure you have something to use as a backup wrench too. Some of the bolts will be difficult to get to with an impact gun unless you have a stubby one...
Yeah, it wasnāt fun. I did end up getting it with the offset wrenches I bought but it still wasnāt simple. Maybe it would of been easier with the suspension at full droop but I didnāt want to get out the jack and just did it while the Jeep was on the ground...
I don't have experience with the AEV brackets but I'm sure either bracket should be just fine. I'm assuming you mean Rancho and not Rugged Ridge? I couldn't find any RR brackets online. The Rancho brackets are beefy and I've dealt with them in the past so I just stuck with what I know.
I...
Installed this lift last weekend along with Rancho geo brackets - front LCAs on the middle bolt slot from other members suggestions. No alignment data so I donāt know how the caster sits but she rides great and maybe less wandering on the highway. Anything is better than my 2 door JK on 35s...
