Update: Last week we traded the 2020 Gladiator in for a 2026 Gladiator. Thus the instrument cluster problem is no longer our problem. The dealership has it now & I'm not looking back. Wow! The improvements from a 2020 to a 2026 are mind blowing... dispite them pretty much looking the same...

I've transfered over my rear seat cargo box. I'm eagerly awaiting the delivery of my replacement lock tumbler thingies. I was going to wait to install the cargo box until I after I get the locks swapped out, but then remembered that it's held down by only 4 bolts... super easy & quick to remove.

To piggyback onto what Freems said, my additional advice is after unplugging the front door electrical plug the first time, remove the female side from its "hanger" clip on the side wall of the footwell. Do Not harm the wiring loom or plug in the process. Duh! After that it is so much easier...
