Thanks for the instruction .pdf I sucessfully popped the locks out of the storage bin that I have. Now I need to order the replacement locks & try my luck at getting them installed & working.

I did it ! ! ! I "re-keyed" my lock box!

There is absolutely NO WAY I would have been able to tackle this task without your wisdom, plus that link to the Quadratec video... your text helped the most (eventhough I do much better with pictures & drawings). Like you said, the QTec video is not identical, because it is a 2 side pin thingie.

I do have a few tips for anyone trying to tackle the task of buying one of these replacement locks. Yah, I will admit... I screwed up the first lock... did not remember I needed to have the key inserted (plus hold down the black fin/pin for good measure) when I placed the "locking plastic rectangle thingie". Big Oops! Glad I'm not a mechanic. LOL

I will post about my error asap so others can learn from my mistake.
