I used a very small flat head screwdriver to wedge between the filter and the reservoir wall. Then I used needle nose pliers to pull it up. Took me a few tries but I was able to pull it out using that method.

Hi, I came across an ARB Locker for sale but I have some reservations due to the condition of the locker. The seller is asking $700 OBO, however, the locker has some surface rust. Is the surface rust an issue if the rust can be cleaned up and removed? What are your thoughts?
