    Awesome, thanks. I'm thinking 19" for mine then. I'm wanting the bottom edge of the top rail to line up with the top edge of the back window... basically as low as possible without obstructing rear view.

    Love how this turned out for you....exactly what I'm going for. What height did you go with? Like you, I'll be pairing with a tonneau cover but mine is the Truxedo Sentry CT so I'll need to confirm with them that it will also fit.
