  1. Spare tire crank handle size, or alternatives?

I'm using the jack extension rod from my 1998 Dodge Ram, it is the same size square end, but it is one single length instead of two shorter pieces that assemble like the JT. I decided to carry the Ram's mechanical bottle jack instead of the JT scissor jack too; it is more compact.

  3. AlfaOBD settings

I have a 2022 JT with GPEC5 ECU. I've only made changes in the BCM with AlfaOBD, though, no ECU changes. Halogen to LED lights, various places. AlfaOBD 2.3.2, OBDLink MX+.
  4. Please Critique my New Gladiator Configuration

Now I'm reflecting on how often I used full-time (the extra Selec-Trac mode) vs. part-time 4wd on that Montana trip. Full-time mode keeps the front axle 'connected' and the front driveshaft spinning, much like a JK in 2wd mode. Then, if rear wheel slipping is sensed, an electric actuator...
  5. Please Critique my New Gladiator Configuration

    - 3.6 Gas Engine - Automatic - Soft Top (bad idea in the winter???) - Half Door Package (not planning to use, just to sell and get the power locks/windows cheaper) - Roll-Up Tonneau Cover - Spray in Bed Liner - Grab Handles to help the kids get in. I have a 2022 Sport S 3.6L/Auto Soft Top...
  6. Mounting a small CB in the center arm wrest

I mounted a Uniden Pro 520XL in my JKU center console for the same reason you are contemplating, although I never have used it much. My antenna is a steel whip mounted to the driver-side fender on a bracket that comes out from the hood gap. Not quite symmetric with the FM antenna on the other...
  7. Hybrid Shifting to Improve MPG

Hi, new member here. I've also taken to shifting manually. I previously had a Ram 1500 5.7L with a similar 8-speed transmission which always seemed to shift as I would, if it had a manual trans. It was stark contrast, then, when I switched to the Gladiator which seems to hold lower gears much...
