Nothing too crazy - but went and picked up our new TC Teardrop camper this weekend! Looking forward to getting this out on the trails with our JT. yes, we did color match the Jeep Earl Gray. It isn’t perfect, but to the naked eye it goes together great!

Yes, the red CPA was pushed back. Had to use a flathead to actually get it to push back, but it’s back. Here are some photos - it has an extra tab on top from where the clip to hang it on the fender was. I took the clip off, but still can’t get this thing to budge. Talk about feeling useless!

Question for you - did you have a hell of a time getting the wiring harness to disconnect? I swear for the life of me, I can’t get the harness to give at all. Everything else has been great! But I cannot get the harness to open up so I can install the T-connector.

That setup looks great! We almost went with the 705’s but did the 305’s instead and also went with the KO2’s in the same size. Probably could have gone up a size on the KO2’s but still Love the look and setup!

Might be dumb and a long shot, but I wouldn’t be opposed if they came out with a dash retrofit to install the new 12” center screen with Uconnect 5 into our JT’s. Upgrade the dash/screen to stay current with technology and I’ll drive this thing til the day it stops running!

correct - I think it really only works with full functionality for the soft roll-up covers. I have the agrimatic literider soft cover and it works just fine and will roll all the way up. Also an easy install.

Is that the max modular rack you have on back as well? If so, how did you attach your tent to your rack? My rack has rails that run the same direction as the track on the tent, so the mounting brackets I don't see working.

Can I ask how you mounted it to your rack? Does your rack have bars running horizontally across your bed? I got my tent today, and the rails on my rack and the track on the bottom of the tent run in the same direction so I am trying to figure out how to attach the tent to the rack... or maybe...

That's a good looking setup - like the gray interior with your color pallette. Looks clean with the top and doors stripped off!
