I did the 2.5” Overland + kit and wound up with 3.5“ of lift. No complaints. Rides nicely on the road. And 37” tires look perfect with this lift.

I experience something similar. Hasn't bugged me enough to crawl under and to see if it’s u-joints, diff or what.

Noise is de minimis

Phone on drivers side and radio mount on passenger.

I got over 3.5” lift with the 2.5” kit because I didn't add much weight to the truck. With 37” tires it’s a great combo.

Easy install…

I took my 37” KO2s down to 8 psi on Method Bead Grips on snow and icy gravel this winter. No issues.

I installed mine “level” and as the ball joint loosened up it got floppy. Installed again as shown on your photo and it flopped less. It takes some of the motion out of the ball joint that keeps it from flopping around as much.

I think so but I’m away for a few days and need to figure out where I put them.

I had two of the currentlync kits in the last year. Both wobbled/drooped after a few months. Switched to Apex for beefier and longer lasting tie rod ends.

37” KO2s and 4.88s get me around 18 mpg and I see 8th gear all the time. But I’m not heavily loaded.

Do you guys sell just the drag link?

Mine is similar. A kinda vague response when at partial throttle. Maybe I just need to keep the hammer down at all times…

Check the sway bar at both full right and full left lock. Sounds like it’s binding on something then releasing. Probably left a scratch mark by now.

You already have them. Put them in and break them in correctly and it should be fine. That’s what I’d do.

Two things I can think of. Didn‘t torque everything to spec with wheels on the ground or the sway bar is a little cocked and rubbing on something. It’ll eventually rub a mark you can see and for sure identify the culprit
