It should be a data port so the maps showing on the phone screen should display on the head unit in the dash. On my 2021 Sport S it's the USB on the right side of the dash next to the window switches.

If your head unit has Android Auto then Google Maps is a good option for navigation. Put it on your phone and connect it to the USB plug in the dash For trails onX Offroad is a good app to subscribe to, put it on your phone and connect it to the USB plug on the dash.

We spent most of the week camping in NE Arizona. The JT pulled the trailer with no problems, and the camping was glorious!
