I am not an environmentalist, however I do own two electric cars. Both Chevrolet Bolts. My wife and use them as commuter cars. I have a 2020 (bought in March 2021) with 88,000 and a 2023 with over 30,000 miles. I don't believe I am saving the earth, but I am saving money. I paid $26,500 for each...
My first how-to, I hope you find it helpful. I realize this how-to only applies to a select few, but I thought it might inspire others.
I wanted to add additional lighting to the rear of my Gladiator. The goal was to have additional lights when backing up off-road or to enhance my Oracle flush...

Hello everyone, I want to see if you mind a Gladiator from North Carolina tagging along? I would really like to hit a few BOH trails.
My Rubicon is armoured up pretty well and sitting on 37" tires. It is not afraid of a few rocks. But I will need to be able to drive the Gladiator 8 hours home...
I don't do Ducks, but I don't care if others do. To each his own. When I see a Jeep that is really nice or I see they off-road or I think they are deserving of recognition, I leave them this. I buy the wood and engrave them myself:
We bought this 2023 Sarge Green 3.6 8sp Rubicon in Kentucky brand new in November of 2023. It was a lowly Private when we found it and after 6 months of intense training and lots of resources, we are ready to present him as a Sargent Major (Named in honor of my father, who retired from the Army...
I changed out the pan because am going to install a full belly skid plate and wanted to change out the fluid once before I do that. I have done this on other vehicles I owned and found lots of metal fines and other material in the pan. I wanted anything from manufacturing and break in removed...
I replaced the trans pan with an aftermarket pan (PPE). I refilled it per the instructions. And checked it twice. It is as fill as I can get it (it overflows out the fill hole).
But I will recheck it in the morning.
Sorry for the long read. But I couldn't find anything by searching
Took my 2023 Rubicon Automatic out for a day of wheeling today. Tried climbing a fairly steep hill with some off camber to it. Had the TC in 4lo, auto trans in manual mode M1. Got to a point when the Jeep stopped pulling...
I am an Inside Track Member at Harbor Freight and noticed I received a 25% off coupon in my email. I also has an extra $20 towards anything for having a HF credit card. Went to the store and got me the 12,000 pound Apex with synthetic line for $461 out the door.
Now I just need to get the new...
BF Goodrich All-Terrains KO2 in load range C are only 63 pounds. These are for Ford Raptors. They are also cheaper than the load range D. The "C" is actually the same load rating as the stock Falken Wildpeak (116). At 63 pounds that is the lightest on the list.
I used this offer and had Discount Tire match it. Got 4 - 37x12.50R17 BFG KO2 for $1250 installed. Used my Discount tire card to get 9 months same as cash.
