    That’s what is stumping us. When the light came on, I bought two batteries right away, we pulled the existing ones out and tested them and they both tested exactly the same as the new ones. It’s a head scratcher. I have an appointment with the dealer next week to see if they can figure it out...

    Batteries are 12 months old (both)and are 100% load test said “good” The screen says “start stop unavailable, service start stop system”

    2020 gladiator sport “service start stop system”. Both batteries are good including the load test. F32 and F42 fuses are good. K8 relay is good. Light will not go off. Constant circled A with ! Any more possible ideas on the issue?
