With Uconnect 8.4 their is a page that allows the operator to view how many satellites you are currently communicating with. Sounds like you are not recieving any, could be a hardware issue.

Moab Colorado Got back from New Mexico, Utah, Colorado Oct 3rd spent 11 days, Little under 3000 miles with an average of 13.6 and one cracked windshield in Moab and a trailer tire that had tread seperation.
