If you are wanting a class IV Receiver yes. You could put an aftermarket hitch receiver on the existing, but it will be class III (4,000 lb capacity).
Edit: You will need to remove an aftermarket bumper to do so. So I would do that at the same time as replacing the bumper.
I believe you are right. It looks like the bottom picture. Although I believe it's made to put a hitch receiver on it, somebody cut a hole in the plastic part of the bumper and just put a ball in it's place. Therefore an aftermarket bumper made for the Gladiator should fit after removing the ball.
I couldn't say sure without measuring a new bumper to the existing mounts. If it doesn't obstruct the OEM bumper (or have modifications made to it), it may not obstruct a new bumper.
You could always remove the ball mount with a torch or cutting blade on a grinder. Unless you are wanting to...
Hard to tell from that angle, but it looks like a bumper hitch. Normal factory or aftermarket installed hitches have a receiver that a ball mount would fit into.
I wouldn't haul a lot of weight with a bumper hitch.
Received a bed rack last week. After putting it together I found that it was a bit wide to fit my tonneau tee tracks, plus it was in the way of rolling the tonneau. I really didn't want to drill holes in the bed sides, so I put my metalworker mind to work and decided that four pieces of 1/4" x...
I guess I should have found this thread first. I bought the BAK Revolver X4S for my Gladiator. While I was trying to find the X4TS, I just couldn't find it for Jeeps. To my surprise, the X4S that I ended up buying for my Gladiator actually came with the T slots. While I haven't yet bought racks...
The one thing I didn't really care for the look of on my Gladiator, were the tail lights. Decided to get the Oracle tinted flush mounts. My opinion, this is what it should have come with:
It's not $30/month. Read carefully (additional $30/month). I am already on Starlink and for personal service, as opposed to business which is higher, it's $120. While I don't know if that is for all of the USA, it's certainly not $30.
The mini would be good for say a motorhome, but I bought the...
That's at shame, such a beautiful area. I live about 5 hours from there and used to ride my motorcycle and even paraded with the motorcycles during the Golden Aspen.
I hope you and yours the very best.
WOW! I don't really care one way or another. If it makes someone feel good about themselves, go ahead and leave the damn duck. I've seen people do worse things to other people's vehicles.
OH! And GET OFF MY LAWN!
As someone who recently bought a 2024 Gladiator Sport S (Memorial Day), I can tell you that provided your credit is good and you have a little cash, they won't let you out the door until they meet your goal. At least here in Texas anyway. I ended up with payments that I was planning on buying a...
