Personally I wouldn't have any worry of it. I would say that there is a better chance of picking up a screw somewhere else and causing a leak.
Those wild peaks are thick...very thick. Very unlikely anything other than superficial scar to it
It looks like there has been oil on it but it doesn't look wet exactly and it doesn't look like it has been slinging oil all over either.
Did you check oil level recently, as in before the oil change?
Is it possible that it has spilled when putting the fresh oil in last time?
Do you recall...
I want to start this by saying I was sent these 3W liners to try at no cost to me. There was a giveaway post...I was lucky enough to be first. They asked if I would be willing to do a review/comparison post as I have Weathertech liners in it.
For a back story, I have run Husky liners or...
I built my own. It is a bit shorter than I had originally planned but eh. I have thought about adding another tube one each side but so far havent had time
I think it would keep a deer out of the radiator if need be
When I added the receiver on mine, I went with the curt brand at more than twice the price of the ebay variety chinesium version.
While I did not actually put hands on the cheaper one, judging only by the pictures I saw on both ebay and Amazon, I would say that they were likely both made by the...
No...online
Used the links they had on tire rack to sign up for the card. Used the numbers they sent for payment. Then another link to Firestone to submit the info for using the card
Lmtz1633 no i didnt. I signed up for it before I ordered the tires. Then go to Firestone and enter the info and it said a prepaid card would be issued. So hopefully that is what happens.
I have a Lomax hard trifold and I have been happy with it
Obviously there have been times it was also a pain in the ass, but I've not had any leaks due to weather
I had a set of Santa's on my JKU and I really liked them. They kept the tires tucked under the slightly narrower flares that I put on it. They were the dark gray metallic gloss finish and looked good with the granite crystal paint
And had i got my Gladiator a bit sooner they would be on it. But...
Made up a little grill hoop yesterday....didnt turn out to bad. i was wanting to add some tubes to the sides but i didnt have enough 1" tube on hand to do that.
So at least for now it should keep a deer from taking out the radiator
Just finishing up with my lift install this morning...23 JTR with Rock Krawler 3" adventure xpro lift, rock monsters and some 35" Goodyear Bronco take offs.
Adding A second shock really isn't going to help. That's a 1980s monster truck fad. One good shock per corner is all that is necessary.
But shock choice can be a very personal thing. You may prefer a softer cooshy ride yet the next guy likes a bit firmer.
There are several brands of shocks...
You can get a tonneau cover even with a bed bar, but it's likely you would need to get one custom made. Obviously it depends how the bar mounts. I would say most any good boat upholstery shop would be able to make one up.
A bungy style cargo net would be much easier as it would be able to...
