Damn, I didn't think people drove that crazy up north. In kalifornia that's the norm. Glad you're OK. Maybe you'll get a brand new Gladiator out of this.
I’ve had my 2021 Mojave for 6 months now and so far I like it a lot. It is a very capable vehicle.
But the dealership is another issue. I agree with the other posts that the dealer does not know how to work on these. Perhaps too much tech is a bad thing?

Good lesson for all of us, if you can't talk to a company on the phone it might be best not to do business with them.
Customer service is a thing of the past. Such a shame.
