  1. Uconnect traffic not working

I'm reposting my message from for the benefit of @JeepCares: <Weather> actually works about once a week in my 2024 Gladiator Rubicon. The rest of the time, I get the "unable to communicate with internal weather service" message. It's been that way for several months now. Once upon a time, it...
  2. How reliable is the tech on your Gladiator

No technical issues with my '24 Rubicon. But a quick aside: I have rheumatoid arthritis (hands and back primarily), and the heated steering wheel and heated seat is an all-weather enabler for this driver!
  3. Uconnect traffic not working

Same here for Uconnect’s Weather app. Navigation is working fine. Been this way since October. Once a month or so, Weather startles me by working. But only once. @JeepCares, has anyone actually looked into this?
  4. Any suggested mods to reduce wandering and “constant correction” on stock ’25 Rubicon?

Has anyone tried the Roadmaster ExactCenter stabilizer? Curious: they make big claims, but I suspect the reality is a little short of the claims…
  5. Travel trailer towing with a 2026 Willys Gladiator

I'm towing a travel trailer with my 2024 Gladiator Rubicon. The trailer is 5000 lb dry; 6000 gross -- which I never approach -- and 550 tongue. I'm within the Gladiator's payload spec as well. CAT scale results seem reasonable (at least to me). I use a Fastway E2 weight distributing hitch with...
  6. Uconnect traffic not working

You're getting better performance than I am. <Weather> actually works about once a week in my 2024 Gladiator Rubicon. The rest of the time, I get the "unable to communicate with internal weather service" message. It's been that way for several months now. Once upon a time, it was working...
  7. What Does It Do

It’s NOT an air fryer. It’s a convection oven!
  8. Auxillary Plugs Usage

Time for a *really dumb* question. I used the 12 Vdc power plug on the dash to power my ham radio... until I sacrificed that for installation of the Mopar in-dash trailer brake controller -- thinking that I could use one of the in-cabin aux switches for the ham radio. But where can I find...
  9. Planned Obsolescence by Auto Manufacturers

Bumper sticker from back in the 70's: Q: Why do the British drink beer warm? A: Because they have Lucas refrigerators!
  10. Older Guy Doing Research, With Questions

I really enjoy my Rubicon, and (like most folks posting here) find that ingress/egress is easier than in a more "vertically challenged" vehicle. And that's after having both hips replaced and both knees replaced over the last few years. (I remain grateful that the hospitals back in Maryland...
