  1. đźš™ YOUR Dream Wrangler or Gladiator

    I drove a brand-new Defender 90 when I turned 16, fan for life!
  2. Rubicon fender flares on a Willys install notes

It’s a 6MT. I’ll be around 2400 at 70 in 6th on 38’s. 70 is my self-imposed speed limit, I just ain’t comfy with yardstick-plus sized MT’s moving that fast. Speed isn’t my thing with my Jeep, I tend to take the slower routes.
  3. Rubicon fender flares on a Willys install notes

    Not a bad idea, thanks!
  4. Rubicon fender flares on a Willys install notes

I just put new Rubicon fender flares on my 2021 Willys (Robocon). 1. Ordering from @AllMoparParts.com was smooth and seamless. Thanks, Benny! 2. Install only burned up 3 hours at a leisurely pace, solo, with hand tools. 3. I think it looks good, but I was after function over fashion. I intend...
  5. Ok, so here's a stupid topic!

With my 3.6, 6MT, on 315’s with 3.73’s and a 2” lift, I only lost around 1 MPG, average. When I change the gears, and put a 3.5” lift on, all bets are off. My 19 will probably be around 17, but that’s the trade off…
  6. Ok, so here's a stupid topic!

Agreed. MPG wasn’t very high on my list of priorities, I just accept the best MPG it can get while it accomplishes the rest of my list.
  7. Need a tire expert to explain right way to balance

Is this too early in the exchange to mention using balance beads? (Ducking, and covering)
  8. Pelican BX135 looking for some photos.

I was searching for the exact same thing, for the exact same reason. I found this:
  9. 6MT Clutch opinions

When I bought this, almost two years ago, I researched and there were no open recalls. So I assume (yeah, that word) that it has been completed. I will verify the clutch recall, and purchase the spring, hope that helps while I navigate clutch options. I just want it to be more positive, and...
  10. 6MT Clutch opinions

My 2021 Willys is going to need a new clutch soon. After reviewing a lot of threads I have read both good and bad reviews of most of the choices. I just want it to be more “old school” than the OE. If the new clutch engages like a truck, I don’t mind at all, it is a truck. Since many clutch...
  11. Newbie Gladiator owner

That’s the one I was looking for, but didn’t find. Now, you have it. Enjoy! Signed, Jealous Dude
  12. MAX/AC is this normal?

Same here. I guess the Jeep is telling you, “You know nothing, I got this.”
  13. Notes on the AEV spacer lift.

315/70/17’s (35-ish) I don’t have any issues with them rubbing anything other than the front swaybar, mostly because I was impatient and installed them on stock wheels. That issue will be remedied in about a week or so, as I am awaiting new wheels with an appropriate offset (or backspacing, if...
  14. Notes on the AEV spacer lift.

Proper wheels are ordered, and I’m looking into black Rubicon fenders, for just a bit more tire clearance.
  15. Notes on the AEV spacer lift.

Weather wasn’t working with me, I’ll add some as soon as I get better conditions. Edit: Test drives to check it out after rotating your MT’s during the process makes noises that make you very paranoid.
  16. Notes on the AEV spacer lift.

    1. Being old, I can see why people pay for someone else to do this. 2. Doing it alone, on a concrete floor, with hand tools, isn’t conducive to being mobile the next day. 3. Wasn’t a difficult process, barring note 1 and 2. 4. Old sucks. 5. It’s complete, took a little longer than it should...
  17. Upgraded my camp life w/ Keystone Reign RV

I have been looking at a TT that is very similar, but I haven’t seen a review with a JT pulling one. I am very interested in all of the details of your trips. Safe travels!
  18. I guess the blue ones are no good in the rain ......

It was an Overland, shoulda bought the Overwater.
